NJC-D double-headed semi-automatic capsule filling machine is our company for the existing semi-automatic capsule filling machine products, the shortcomings of the performance of the corresponding proposed products.

The whole machine adopts programmable control system, touch screen panel operation, stepless frequency conversion debugging, pneumatic joint control, and electronic automatic counting.

The design of the machine is based on a double-headed automatic capsule filling machine, which is a significant improvement over the old semi-automatic capsule filling machine in terms of speed, mould replacement, filling degree and maintenance, making the machine faster, more convenient, simpler and more stable. In terms of capsule locking, we use pneumatic control and automatic capsule locking to save manual time.

The body of the machine as well as the working table is made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and oxidation.

The machine can be filled with different types of capsules and is used for filling hard capsules of pharmaceuticals and health products such as powders, granules and micro-pills.
