Feature

1.      The pin mill according to the international advanced crushing technology research and design, novel and reasonable structure, simple and compact, small volume, high efficiency, beautiful appearance.

2.      The gap between the rotor and the stator is precisely appropriate, the best crushing effect.

3.      This pin mill has good sealing performance, built-in labyrinth seal, door "O" seal ring, no dust escape.

4.      Large discharging space in crushing chamber, due to high-speed rotation of the rotor, bringing in a large amount of air, thus it has a self-cooling function. Especially suitable for oily materials (such as raw soybean sesame, etc.) and part of the heat-sensitive material crushing.

5.      The bearing system adopts imported high-speed precision bearing, and the rotor as a whole is dynamically balanced, so that the machine runs smoothly and the vibration is small.

6.      The pipe connection adopts quick-disassembly structure, which can be quickly and easily disassembled and cleaned.

7.      (Option) Cyclone separator and dust collector, no dust flying in the production process, dust collecting bag can effectively retain the micro powder in the airflow, so that the exhaust gas emission meets the requirements of clean environment protection.

8.      (Option) The fine powder retained by the dust collecting bag can be effectively recovered, reducing the loss rate of materials.

Pin type: suitable for crystallization and fragile materials. The rotor speed can be adjusted to obtain different product fineness, changing the number and arrangement of pins will also affect the product fineness.
