  Automatic suppository filling machine has a stable and efficient manufacturing process, filling, freezing, sealing and other production processes to complete the whole process

   

  Production process:
  From automatic suppository shell forming, to the filling station of liquid medicine, Recirculating cooling set (liquid to solid), continuous sealing with batch number, transfer finished cutting

   

  Suitable for the production of special shape such as bullet head, torpedo shape and duck bill. -- Adapt material: synthetic fatty acid glycerol, glycerin gelatin, polyethylene glycol etc.

  
  

Suppository Shell Forming

The rolled package material (PVC/PE composite film) enters the forming area through the clamping mechanism, and is formed by preheating mould, heating mould, forming mould and blowing mould.

Filling

The filling accuracy is ±2%, the filling barrel is equipped with electric heating and thermal insulation system, the top is equipped with a stirring motor to make the drug in a uniform state, the drug in the barrel enters into the filling head through the high-precision filling pump, and the remaining drug after one filling is circulated to the raw material barrel through the other end to do the next filling.

Cooling and forming

The entire row of filled suppositories enters the cooling box, which is externally equipped with a chiller, and the cooling air passes through the condenser in the cooling box to cool the suppositories.

Sealing and cutting

The cooled solid suppository enters the sealing area: preheating mold (preheating), sealing mold (sealing), code mold (marking batch number), triangle knife edge cutting process (cutting bottom edge), dotted line knife cutting (cutting edge line) hob (trimming top) counting cutting.
