BOTTLE UNSCRAMBLER

LINEAR LIQUID FILLING MACHINE

AUTOMATIC CAPPING MACHINE 

This machine is mainly suitable for capping of aluminum bottles with different specifications. The capping part adopts four-knife magnetic moment capping sealing, the sealing thread is beautiful, and the sealing is firm. (After replacing the screw cap, it can also be used for screw caps, anti-theft caps, childproof caps, pressure caps, etc.)

After the bottles enter the turn plate positioning hole through the conveyor belt, the main motor drives the carousel to rotate, and the bottles to be capped are sent to the capping station, and the caps are automatically discharged through the photoelectric sensor. After the caps are discharged, the capped bottles continue to rotate to send the capped bottles to capping station, the main machine drives the cam, and the rolling cap head automatically rolls  the cap. After the capping is completed, and the bottle is brought to the outlet station by the turn plate, and the capped bottle is sent by the conveyor belt. To the next step.

Equipment composition

Working process

Bottles move to separate bottle device for separation, keep bottles in a certain distance and move in a center line;

When sensor check bottle, it sends signal to PLC, PLC received the signal deal with information first, then output signal to motor driver, driven by the drive motor for send label.

The brush label device past label on bottle one side first, then bottle rolling around in the roll label device, brush label on bottle body for around, labeling finish.
