  This tablet press machine could press round and abnormal shape tablets of various specifications,

Feature:

1.      This tablet press machine adopts frequency conversion motor to regulate the speed, through the synchronous belt wheel to drive the worm gear transmission so as to make the turret rotate. The turret rotates and drives the punching moulds to run clockwise. Each punch mould is composed of feeding, filling, pressing and discharging process through the upper and lower guide rails and pressure wheels.

2.      The pressure, filling, thickness and rotating speed of this machine can be adjusted. All the adjusting handwheels are on the front side of the machine and there are instructions on the operation panel. It is easy to operate and maintain.

3.      This series rotary tablet press ensures that the tablets meet GMP requirements. In the tablet pressing room are used non-corrosive stainless steel plate to isolate it from other parts. There are sealing devices all around to prevent cross-contamination with the outside world.

4.      The upper pressure wheel is equipped with unloading device, its pressure can be adjusted, when the working pressure of the punch bar exceeds the pre-set pressure, it will be unloaded by the compression of the spring, and the buzzer will send out sound and light signals, and the machine will be stopped instantly to prevent the damage of the machine parts.

5.      This machine adopts closed oil-immersed worm gear transmission, which prolongs the service life of worm gear transmission.
