Working principle

The crushed material is thrown radially under the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating blade, and the particles are hammered, sheared and collided at high speed between the particles, the inner wall of the crushing cavity, and the knives. The particles that meet the requirements enter the receiving device through the mesh screen, to complete the crushing.

1. The material is fed from the feeding port and fed uniformly through the feeding butterfly valve. The material in the cavity is pulverized by the high-speed hammering (shearing) of the rotor, and the material that reaches the particle size passes through the screen to the discharge port due to the action of gravity to discharge.

2. During the whole crushing operation, the upper feeding port and the lower feeding port can be made into a closed state (the cavity is exhausted through the breathing port), so as to achieve no dust generation during the crushing operation.
